Google has recently pushed the fourth installment of the Android O Developer Preview. This is going to be the last iteration of the preview before the actual version starts rolling out to the devices.
The devices which are compatible with the preview are essentially going to be Nexus and Pixel lineup of devices.
The reason as to why it is almost sure to be the final Preview is the fact that Google mentioned specifically in its new blog post that the “Android O Developer Preview 4 is a release candidate” meaning it is going to be the most stable version of the latest Android operating system and can be taken as almost the final build.
The official name of the latest OS, however, is yet to be disclosed and Android lovers can’t just wait for the reveal.
The earlier version of the Android O, as expected, had loads of bugs the most of which are pretty much fixed in the final beta.
The Preview is already up for grabs and if you want to download it manually, you can get it from the bottom of the article. However, if you want to download it OTA, you will have to enroll your supported device for the Android Beta Program.
