Huawei is soon to launch its premium version of the Honor 9 in the Europe, dubbed the Honor 9 Premium.
The Honor 9 Premium is going to pack in 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage which is more than the original Honor 9.
During the launch event of the Honor 9 lineup, the company had told us all that there would be three different versions of the device. While the first version, the Honor 9 saw its launch back in June, the most high-end iteration is finally saying hello to Europe.
According to the German Publication WinFuture, the Honor 9 Premium will pack the most amount of memory in terms of RAM and internal storage. The device is already being sold in Italy exclusively through Three (Tre) and now Swiss retailers like Digitec and Galaxus have started taking pre-orders for the device as well.
Honor 9 Premium Specifications
Other than the added RAM and ROM, the rest of the specifications of the Honor 9 Premium are the same as that of the Honor 9. There is a 5.15-inch Full HD Display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels which gives out a pixel density of 428 PPI.
The processor used in the Honor 9 Premium is a 1.8GHz octa-core Kirin 960 processor. There is a 3,200 mAh battery with quick charge support. On the camera front, we have a dual rear camera, a 20MP sensor for black-and-white images and a 12MP unit for RGB.
The device runs on Huawei’s proprietary Emotion UI 5.1 on top of Android 7.0. There is a support for USB Type-C, NFC, and an IR Blaster is provided as well.
Honor 9 Premium Price
The official price of the Honor 9 Premium is 499 Swiss francs or around €450 in Switzerland which is just a tad bit higher than the original Honor 9. If you are in Italy, you can buy the device through Tre (link is given below).
