Aston Martin’s steadfast legacy trumps all – a legacy that has lasted 100 years and it is hellbent on not only retaining it but also on investing heavily to expand its repertoire. Let us introduce you to the fastest Aston Martin ever – Aston Martin Valkyrie.
The car boasts of 6.5-litre V12 engine developed with Cosworth and an all carbon fiber body. But wait, there is more good news, the top speed of the car is touted to be at somewhere around 250mp/h. Much like other hypercars and supercars of the generation, the Valkyrie doesn’t shy away from pulling some heavy force on its breaks – something along the line of 3.5 g! The hypercar has been developed with the help of Red Bull Advanced Technologies and thus has a similar lineup – The hypercar’s first look.

While infotainment has been largely scrapped, Aston Martin hasn’t held back on power – the car will pack about 1,130 hp. The statistics aren’t as exhaustive as one might think, the car will corner with forces exceeding 3.3 g, proving that it really is an F1 concept. But only 25 such cars are being produced and it will be 2020 before it graces the roads.
The CEO of Aston Marin said – “The road car will set new benchmarks for performance, engineering, and technology. With the track only Valkyrie AMR Pro, those limits will be pushed further still. It’s a remarkable project.” Valkyrie sports wheels with dimensions of 18 inches, following in the footsteps of cars in the top tier of the World Endurance Championship – LMP1. The company also promises a naturally-aspirated V12 specifically to a 1:1 power-to-weight ratio!
