Google Pixel 2 lineup of smartphones is on its way. There has been a long list of rumors, renders, and leaks about the devices which predict the specifications and the looks.

Although the earlier leaks suggested that the Google Pixel of this year is going to be an ultra-beautiful device with minimal bezels, the smaller variant of the two, apparently, might not be that bezel-skinny.

The first generation of the Google Pixel smartphones drew everyone’s attention owing to an amazing combination of hardware and software. The camera used in the device was, simply put, astonishing and so were the rest of the features. The only thing which was uninspiring was the design of the devices.

The Google Pixel lineup, simply put, could not compete with the likes of flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S7 and other smartphones of that era.

This all has forced Google to think a lot about the design language of the second iteration of the Pixel devices. And, 2017 is simply the year which has seen bezels getting shrunk day after day. Almost all the smartphone manufacturers are featuring an edge-to-edge display in the form of FullVision, Infinity Display, EntireView, and a lot more. This year’s Google Pixel XL will also feature a bezel-less display.
