Google is rolling out the latest Play Store update in form of version 8.0 to its users.

The new update adds an in-line changelog description feature for each app in the app update menu making it easier to know what is new in the latest version of the particular app.

There is now a small icon next to the update button for each app which would inform you of the change log. This is beneficial in many ways. For starters, you do not have to open the landing page of each app to know the change log.

As is the trend, Google gradually pushes the Play Store updates across all the Android devices. It, therefore, is not certain as to when your device might receive the update, but you can expect the latest Play Store update to be arriving pretty soon.
