Motorola is going to launch its latest entry-level smartphone dubbed the Moto C Plus in the Indian markets on June 19.
There has been a lot going on in the ultra-budget segment in smartphones lately.
new Moto C Plus. Yes, it’s that Cool
The Moto C Plus is the more powerful version among the two budget smartphones Motorola has launched last month in the Moto C lineup.
Moto C Plus unveiling Live
The prime highlight of the Moto C Plus is its massive battery. With a giant 4,000 mAh battery, this smartphone can turn out to be a perfect fit for those who require their phone to be up and running when they are coming back from work.
While the other specifications are not that great so to say, we probably can not complain much about them considering the price point it is coming at.
Moto C Plus Specifications
The device, other than an amazing battery, has pretty sub-standard specs
- A 5-inch HD Display
- A MediaTek MT6737 processor
- 1GB/2GB of RAM
- 16GB of expandable storage
- 8MP Primary Camera
- 2MP rear Camera
And this is probably it. But there is nothing much to complain about as the prime intent of the Moto C Plus is to provide an amazing battery life at an ultra-affordable price.
This, however, has not stopped Motorola from boasting the smartphone all over Flipkart and that is clearly evident from a list of videos they have posted there.
There is no denying the fact that the Moto C Plus can be a good contender in the budget segment owing to the beefy battery it offers. But again, it would be facing some serious competition with the rest of the smartphones lying in the same category which offer even better specifications as compared to the Moto C Plus.
Considering the entry of the Nokia 3 in the market, the chances of people ditching the Nokia brand and going for the C Plus are highly unlikely. But again, it’s a matter of personal choice so one can not clearly say.
As far as the availability and price of the Moto C Plus are concerned, Motorola has confirmed that the device will be sold in India exclusively via Flipkart, starting from June 19.
